Aardwolf Presents... Clan Tier Equipment!

* Each PK clan (only) may now add up to 3 pieces of armor type tier EQ. The point ranges can be seen in
HELP CLANPOINTS.

* These items will not take existing vnums, clan ranges have been extended by 3.

* Cost for these items follows that standard cost for levels/points/flags.

* If a PK clan later goes NOPK, these items will be removed.

* Tier weapons are not available, this is armor only.

* Tier equipment may not be sold in public shops and must have the clanonly flag.
